信息化水平与经济发展之间的联动性研究--基于中美两国的实证分析

Research on the Linkage between Informatization Level and Economic Development——A positive analysis of China and America

随着信息技术的高速发展,一国的信息化水平与经济发展之间呈现出一种联动性。在对以生产函数为核心框架的传导机制进行理论分析的基础上,运用计量方法进行实证检验发现,信息化水平与经济发展之间存在长期正相关关系,但是这种关联性呈现出明显的有界特征。信息化建设相对落后的经济体,短期内信息化水平与经济发展之间并无显著关联;信息化程度相对较高的经济体,长期内信息化水平与经济发展呈现出互为因果的联动特征。

With the rapid development of information technology,the relationship between informatization level and economic development reveals a linkage.Based on the core theoretical foundation of production function,there is a long-run positive correlation with boundary character between informatization level and economic development by the econometrical method of empirical testing. The relationship appears relatively backward in the less developed countries in the short-run,but linkage with causality character in the developed ones in the long-run.
