大规模政府网站群评估数据采集方法试验研究

The Empirical Study on Acquiring Appraisal Data Method of Large-scale Government Websites

对于"大规模"的政府网站群评估,其评估数据采集质量将影响各网站的评估质量。本文在安徽省政府网站群绩效评估战略实践的基础上,提出一种统一评判尺度和客观量化基准的数据采集方法,并与原有的数据采集方法进行对比试验统计分析。试验统计分析表明,这种统一判定基准的客观性数据采集方法对提高数据采集质量是有效的。

Regarding ＂large-scale＂ government website group appraisal,their data acquisition quality will affect the quality of these websites evaluation. Based on the appraisal strategy practice of Anhui provincial government website group,this article proposes a kind of unification judgment criterion and a data acquisition method of benchmarking objective quantification,and at the same time,compared with the original data acquisition method carried on some empirical statistical analysis,which indicates that objectivity data acquisition criterion with the unification determination benchmarks is effective for improving the data acquisition quality.
