王氏保赤丸治疗小儿秋季腹泻40例临床观察

The clinical observation of Wangshi Baochi Pill treatment of autumn diarrhea in 40 cases Children

目的探讨王氏保赤丸治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法将我院2010年1月到2011年7月收治的80例小儿秋季腹泻患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例,对照组给予思密达治疗,治疗组给予王氏保赤丸治疗,两组均连续治疗3d。比较两组患儿的临床疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组的显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论王氏保赤丸治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效确切,不良反应少,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the treatment of Wangshi Baoshi pill clinical effects of diarrhea in children autumn.Methods The hospital in January 2010 to July 2011 were treated 80 cases of pediatric diarrhea in autumn were randomly divided into control and treatment group,（n=40） patients in the control group was given Smecta treatment,the treatment group received Wangshi Baoshi pill treatment,continuous treatment groups were 3 d.Compared two groups of children with clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The markedly effective rate and total effective rate was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,two groups the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Wangshi Baoshi pill treatment of children with diarrhea in clinical efficacy in autumn,adverse reactions,it is worth in the clinical application.
