简易腹腔化疗与氟尿嘧啶缓释剂在大肠癌围手术期的对照研究

目的比较大肠癌患者简易腹腔化疗与术中腹腔内植入缓释氟尿嘧啶植入剂围手术期并发症的情况。方法对153例大肠癌患者进行随机分组研究,分为3组:①术中即时留置化疗管,术后行腹腔化疗(治疗组);②术中留置氟尿嘧啶缓释剂(对照组1);③未行任何腹腔化疗组(对照组2)。比较3组围手术期胃肠道副反应、腹腔引流液、切口感染率、骨髓抑制发生率。结果①3组资料在腹腔化疗的安全性方面均无显著性差异;②治疗组毒副反应的发生率、切口感染率、骨髓抑制率低于对照组1,与对照组2相比无显著性差异。结论简易腹腔化疗对大肠癌患者是一种安全、方便的局部化疗方法。

Objective To summary the perioperative complications between simple intraperitoneal chemotherapy and fluorouracil sustained release in colorectal cancer, and to evaluate the security of this application. Methods 153 colorectal cancer patients were divided into 3 groups and followed up. 53 Patients in test group were received the simple intraperitoneal chemotherapy indwdlling tube and the postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy（treatment group）, 50 patients in 1st controlled group were received fluorouracil sustained release during the operation, 50 patients in 2nd controlled group were no intraperitoneal chemotherapy. We summary the rate of gastrointestinal side effect, wound infection, bone narrow suppression among three groups perioperative. Results There was no significant difference in safe application of three different intraperitoneal-chemotherapy ways. The incidence of toxic and adverse reaction, wound infection rate, bone marrow suppression rate in test group was lower significantly than that in controlled group 1, but not different with that in controlled group 2. Conclusion As a regional chemotherapy method, simple intraperitoneal chemotherapy can be used safely and expediently in colorectal cancer operations.
