硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 2型糖尿病周围神经病变40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组在相同的基础治疗上,治疗组给予硫辛酸静脉点滴治疗,对照组用甲钴胺静脉点滴治疗,2周后进行疗效评定。结果两组治疗前与治疗2周后后比较,空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、症状评分比较,差异均有统计学意义,两组间治疗前后的各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论硫辛酸可有效缓解糖尿病周围神经病变患者症状、体征。
