无张力疝修补术治疗复发疝的临床体会 被引量：5

摘要 目的总结无张力疝修补术治疗复发疝的效果。方法采用美国Bard公司的疝环充填物及网状补片,对复发疝无张力修补90例,其中疝环充填式50例,单纯补片法40例。结果无张力修补手术平均手术时间48min,单纯补片法手术再复发2例。结论无张力疝修补术对复发疝的治愈率高。
