摘要
[目的]研究毛大丁草根的化学成分。[方法]采用硅胶柱层析、大孔吸附树脂层析对毛大丁草根的化学成分进行分离纯化,并采用薄层色谱和光谱法对其结构进行了鉴定。[结果]从毛大丁草根乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取部分分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇、琥珀酸、伞形花内酯、异山柑子萜醇、熊果苷和瑞香素-8-O-葡萄糖苷。[结论]为毛大丁草的进一步开发利用提供了参考。
[Objective] The aim was to study the chemical constituents from the roots of Gerbera piloselloides.[Method] The compounds were isolated by silicagel column chromatography and RA polystyreneresin,and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis.[Result] Six compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitostero,succinic acid,umbelliferone,isoarborinol,arbutin and daphnetin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside.[Conclusion] The research provides reference for further exploitation and utilization of Gerbera piloselloides.
