18种中药材对亚硝酸盐清除活性与黄酮含量相关性研究

Research on the Correlation between the Scavenging Ability of 18 kinds of Chinese Herbal in Nitrite and the Content of Their Total Flavonoids

[目的]研究黄芩等18种中药材对亚硝酸盐的清除能力及总黄酮含量,并比较它们之间的相关性。[方法]采用分光光度法测定18种中药材黄酮含量及对亚硝酸盐的清除作用。[结果]黄酮含量较高的有化橘红、金钱草、桑白皮、桑椹、高良姜和橘皮等;对亚硝酸盐的清除作用较好的有化橘红、黄芩、橘皮等。同一种中药材其清除亚硝酸盐作用随提取液中黄酮含量增加而增大(黄芩、黄芪除外),呈量效关系;不同种中药材清除率达50%时提取液中黄酮浓度(IC50)数值规律性较差。[结论]为中药材中黄酮类有效成分的开发和研究提供了参考。

[Objective] The effect of crude component of 18 species of Chinese herbals such as Scutellaria Baicalensis Georg Skullcap and others on the nitrite clearance and the content of total flavonoids was studied,and at the same time,the correlation among them was also identified.[Method] The content of total flavonoids in 18 species Chinese herbals and their clearance ability to nitrite were determined with spectrophotometry.[Result] The content of total flavonoids in Exocarpium Citri Tomentosae,Herba Lysimachiae,Cortex Mori Albae Radicis,Fructus Mori,Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinari,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae was higher than that in others.The clearance ability to nitrite of Exocarpium Citri Tomentosae,Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae was better than that of others.As the content of total flavonoids in Chinese herbal（except Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi and Radix Astragali Mongolici） was increased,the clearance ability of it to nitrite was rising,with good dose-effect relationship.However,the IC50 of those drugs to the clearance rate of 50% was not regular.[Conclusion] The reference for the development and utilization of effective component of flavonoids in Chinese herbal was provided.
