摘要
[目的]研究3种不同来源的三角褐指藻的生长与油脂积累差异,为藻种的选择和培养工艺的确定提供参考。[方法]比较不同来源的三角褐指藻QEAC501、QEAC503和QEAC504在实验室条件下的生长与油脂积累能力,以及主要的脂肪酸的碳链组成,[结果]3个三角褐指藻品种在正常的摇瓶批次培养条件下生长速度无明显差异,同时由于营养供应的充足,都不能大量的积累脂类物质;而经过营养缺乏的诱导,3个品种均明显出现大量的脂质尤其是甘油三脂的积累,其中品种间甘油三脂的积累能力有明显差异,脂肪酸链长组成总体上没有明显差异,均以C-16为主。[结论]利用薇藻生产油脂时应注意选择高油脂积累的品种,并在生产过程中设置营养缺乏诱导以提高薇藻的油脂积累。
[Objective] The reference for the selection of Phaeodactylum tricornutum species and the determination of its culturing technology was provided through the research on the difference in the growth and the lipid accumulation of three species of Phaeodactylum tricornutum from different places.[Method] The capability in the growth,the lipid accumulation and the carbon chain composition of main fatty acid of three species of Phaeodactylum tricornutum:QEAC501,QEAC503 and QEAC504,in laboratory condition was compared.[Results] The results showed that all the three algal species under f/2 batch cultivations had not obvious differences in growth speed and also did not accumulate a large amount of lipid material due to the supplement of sufficient nutrition.Under the condition of less nutrition,all of them would be induced to obviously accumulate lipids especially for the formation of triacylglycerols.The analysis result indicated that the ability in the triacylglycerols accumulation was significantly difference among three species but there was not significant difference in the composition of fatty acid chain length among three species,which fatty acid was consisted of C-16 in general.[Conclusion] Attention to the selection of the species of microalgae with the accumulation of high-fat should be paid and the environmental condition of nutritional deficiency was established for the induction of the fat accumulation in it.
