摘要
阐述了科技发展与现代农业发展之间的关系,分析了河南省现代农业发展现状,提出了依靠科技创新加快河南省现代农业发展的对策和建议。
The relationship between scientific and technological development and modern agriculture are elaborated,moreover,the development situation of modern agriculture in Henan Province are analyzed.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions on the promotion of the scientific and technological innovations to accelerate the development of modern agriculture in Henan Province are put forward.
