摘要
采用最新的HYSPLIT污染物扩散模式,通过本地化的WRFV3.1模式数值预报场为背景场及GIS软件建立了气象核应急保障系统。该系统基于地理信息系统(GIS),利用面向对象的TatukGIS作为开发平台,并采用Delphi语言作为主要的开发工具。通过该系统的建立为省、市应急指挥中心提供连云港及其周边地区风向、风速、降水和温度等探测资料,进一步完善各核电站运行和应急期间的气象信息采集、分析、处理平台,并为事故提供应急指挥、危害评估、公众保护等决策服务的气象核应急保障系统。
By using HYSPLIT pollutants diffusion model,with localization WRFV3.1 model numerical forecast field as background field and GIS software,a meteorological nuclear accident emergency system was proposed.The new system was based on GIS,using TatukGIS as development platform,and Delphi language was adopted as main development tool.The system provides the meteorological elements such as wind direction,wind speed,rainfall and temperature for the provincial or municipal emergency center and proposes the decision-making for emergency command,disaster assessment,public protection and so on.
