康复新液直肠滴注对大鼠网状内皮系统的影响

Effects of rectal infusion with KangFuXin Solution on reticuloendothelial system in rats LV

目的:探讨康复新液直肠滴注对大鼠网状内皮系统的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分成康复新液直肠滴注实验组,生理盐水直肠滴注对照组,分别检测和比较两组大鼠肝脏枯否细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结果:实验组大鼠肝脏枯否细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能较对照组明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液可以改善大鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬功能,提高大鼠的固有性免疫应答,增强大鼠的免疫功能。

Objective：To investigate the effects of rectal infusion with KangFuXin Solution on reticuloendothelial system in rats.Methods：40 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups.One was test group treated with rectal infusion of KangFuXin Solution.The other one was control group treated with sodium chloride.Rats in each group were detected and compared of the phagocytosis function of the Kupffer cell and the peritoneal macrophage.Results：Phagocytosis function of the Kupffer cell and the peritoneal macrophage in test group rats was obviously increased when compared with test group and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：KangFuXin Solution can significantly improve the phagocytic function of the Kupffer cell and the peritoneal macrophage in rat,raise innate immune response and enhance the immune function of rat.
