肿瘤外科围手术期抗菌药物的应用分析

目的:了解我院肿瘤外科围手术期抗菌药物应用情况。方法:对112例手术患者的病例进行回顾性调查分析。结果:112例患者预防性使用抗菌药物6类18种,其中静脉滴注的15种,口服的3种;术前抗菌药物使用率82.17%,术后使用率92.86%,平均使用6.13d;I类清洁切口手术后预防性使用了抗菌药物92%。结论:围手术期抗菌药物存在不合理使用,离卫生部"抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动方案"的要求还有较大的差距。
