护理程序在人工全髋关节置换手术中的应用探讨

The investigation of application for nursing program in artificial hip joint replacement surgery

目的:探讨护理程序在人工全髋关节置换手术中的应用效果。方法:两组患者均行人工全髋关节置换术,对照组给予传统的护理方法,观察组按照护理程序的五个步骤,即评估、诊断、计划、实施和评价,对30例患者进行护理。结果:观察组住院时间与患者满意度与对照组比较,有显著性差异,P<0.05;Harris全髋关节评分与并发症人次与对照组比较,有非常显著性差异P<0.01。结论:在人工全髋关节置换手术中运用护理程序进行整体护理,使患者得到全面周到的护理,减少患者住院时间及住院费用,术后随访,假体在位、髋关节功能恢复良好,患者生活质量大幅度提高。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of application for nursing program in artificial hip joint replacement surgery.Methods：Patients of the two groups were taken artificial hip joint replacement surgery,and then the control group were taken the traditional methods of care.The observation group was in accordance with nursing procedures of five steps,namely：assessment,diagnosis,planning,implementation and evaluation,and took care for 30 patients.Results：The length of stay and satisfaction of patients were compared with the control group,there was significant difference,P0.05.Harris hip score and complications of people were compared with the control group,there was significant difference,P0.01.Conclusion：The use of nursing process for overall care in artificial hip replacement surgery makes patients receive full and thoughtful care,reduce patients＇ length of stay and hospital costs.The patients were followed up,prosthesis is in place,the function of hip joint recovered well,patients＇ living quality improved significantly.
