紫斑牡丹种子浸提液对油菜种子萌发的影响

Effects of Crude Extracts of Paeonia rockii Seeds on Germination of Rapeseeds

[目的]探讨紫斑牡丹种子休眠的原因。[方法]利用水浸提的方式对紫斑牡丹种皮、胚乳的生化物质进行提取,通过油菜种子发芽试验进行生物检测分析。[结果]紫斑牡丹种皮、胚乳中含有抑制油菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的物质,随着浸提物浓度的增加,抑制作用更显著;相同浓度的胚乳浸提液对油菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的抑制作用显著高于种皮浸提液。[结论]紫斑牡丹种子内抑制物质的存在是紫斑牡丹种子休眠的重要原因。

[Objective] The cause of the seed dormancy of Paeonia rockii was discussed.[Method] The effect of water crude extracts of the seed coat and endosperm of P.rockii on the seed germination and seedling growth of rapeseeds was researched in this paper.[Result] The results showed that the seeds of P.rockii contained very strong intrinsic inhibition,and the physiological activity of inhibitor increased with the increasing of the concentration of the crude extracts.The crude extracts of endosperm of P.rockii showed a more significant inhibition than that of seed coat at the same concentration.[Conclusion] It was concluded that the presence of inhibitory substances was one of the important causes of seed dormancy in P.rockii.
