农民专业合作社建设发展的新问题及对策——以山东省潍坊市为例

New Problems in the Construction and Development of Farmer's Specialized Cooperatives and Its Countermeasures

2007年《农民专业合作社法》颁布以来,各地农民专业合作社蓬勃发展。作为农业大省的山东省在农民专业合作社建设和发展方面近三年来取得了很大的发展和长足进步,但是仍然存在一些问题。其中潍坊市发展最为典型,它在农民专业合作社建设和发展中取得显著成效,但在该过程中出现了一些新的问题,针对以上问题本文尝试提出对策和建议,为政府决策提供可行的参考意见。

With the enactment of ＂Farmer＇s Specialized Cooperatives Law＂ in 2007,farmer＇s specialized cooperatives have been established and developed overall.As a large agricultural province,Shandong Province had obtained significant development and improvement in the farmer＇s specialized cooperatives construction and development aspects during the past three years,but some new problems occurred contemporarily.Therefore,this paper takes Weifang City as an example to point out the effect of farmer＇s specialized cooperatives construction and development,and analyze the current problems so as to provide some references for government decisions.
