摘要
对农业院校科研经费管理与使用中存在的问题进行了分析,结合农业院校的实际情况,建议农业院校要完善科研经费管理体制,创新财务管理模式,健全科研经费管理制度,加强科研经费监督评价,提高科研经费运行效益。
Problems of management and use of agricultural academy scientific research fund were analyzed,combining with the actual situation,suggested that it should perfect research fund management system,innovate financial management mode,sound research fund management system,strengthen supervision and appraisal of research fund,improve operation benefit of research fund.
