摘要
选聘高校毕业生到农村基层工作是党和国家推出的一项重大战略决策。然而受当前制度设计的不健全、帮扶措施不到位和保障制度不完善等因素影响,大学生村官在工作中面临身份不明、不适应农村生活、实践能力差、缺乏协调能力、就业态度不积极以及发展问题等。需要通过提高大学生村官的自身素养,构建待遇、环境、事业、绩效等多元化激励体系,发挥高等农业院校的培养作用,并妥善安排大学生村官任职期满后的出路,解决其面临的困境,实现他们的良性发展。
As a major strategic decision launched by the party and country,graduates are selected to work at rural areas.However,because the effects of unsound system design,poor help measures and imperfect ensurance system and so on,college village cadres faced many problems in works,such as clueless,can't adapt to rural life,poor practical ability,lack of coordination ability,negative employment attitude and development problems and so on.Thus,it was necessary to improve self-cultivation of college village cadres,construct pluralistic excitation system with treatment,environment,enterprise and performance and so on,exert the cultivation effect of agricultural universities,and make appropriately arrangements on the way-out after the expiration,resolve the dilemma they faced,thereby,realize the benign development.
