摘要
本文旨在对储油罐的变位识别与罐容表标定问题进行深入探讨,运用数值积分、插值法以及解析几何等理论,建立了罐体变位对罐容表影响模型以及变位后罐容表标定模型,结合相关算法并应用MATLAB数学软件进行随机模拟求得了变位参数的数值,最终完整地解决了储油罐的变位识别与罐容表标定的有关问题。实践证明,本文提出的模型具有较高的实用性,可以为罐容表的准确标定奠定理论基础。
This paper is aimed to investigate the problem of the displacement identification of the storage tank and the standardization of the gage table in depth.Firstly,we use the theory of numerical integration,interpolation and analytic geometry to provide the two models of the influence of the tank displacement for the gage table and the standardization of the parallactical gage table.Secondly,we use relevant algorithms and MATLAB to figure out some stochastic analogue experiments.Finally,we solve the relevant problems of the displacement identification of the storage tank and the standardization of the gage table intensively.The results of the evaluation show that the proposed models have high practicability,and the models can serve as an important reference to effectively solve the core problem of the accurate standardization of gage tables of the gas stations.
