摘要 为预防连锁停电,提出了一种电网自愈控制模型.该模型由相互协调、联系的故障后排除线路过载的紧急切负荷以及故障排除后恢复被甩负荷供电的最小发电调度2个子模型共同构成.通过热稳定安全域和割集静态电压稳定域,将模型中的线路电流约束以及系统电压稳定约束表示为一组以节点注入功率为变量的线性不等式组,从而简化了模型的数学表达形式,提高了求解效率.该自愈模型可采用扩展的节点对集方法进行统一求解:由紧急切负荷模型所求得的节点对切负荷操作序列及其操作方案,即可作为负荷恢复模型的输入量.通过算例对所建立的自愈控制模型及求解方法进行了校验.结果表明了该自愈控制模型及求解方法的有效性. To prevent a cascading blackout, a self-healing control model of power system is introduced. The self- healing model includes two interacting submodels. One is the emergency load shed submodel which is to eliminate the branch overload after fault occurs. The other is the shed load restoration submodel when fault is removed. In order to simplify expressions of the model and improve calculation efficiency, through the security region of thermal stability and the critical cut-set voltage stability region, in injection space, with linear algebra inequality are used. The self- healing model can be solved by using the expanded couple-node set method: the couple-node operation list and scheme gained from the load shed model can be the shed load restoration model's input which needs no added calculation. Finally, examples are illustrated to test the model's utility. The test results indicate the availability of this model.
