摘要
目的观察Vitapex和氢氧化钙2种根充糊剂在成年患者根尖诱导成形术中的疗效差别。方法门诊41例成年患者共44颗根尖发育不全的恒牙,按就诊顺序的奇偶数分为Vitapex组和氢氧化钙组各22颗。经根管预备,消毒后分别用Vitapex和氢氧化钙两种根充糊剂进行根尖诱导,随访3年,比较2组疗效。结果 Vitapex组的有效率为90.9%明显高于氢氧化钙组的81.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Vitapex糊剂是一种较理想的根尖诱导制剂。
Objective To observe the effect of Apexification with Vitapex and iodoform-calcium hydroxide paste in Adults. Methods A total of 44 teeth with incompletely formed apices in 41 adults were randomly divided into Vitapex group and Calcium hydroxide group according the order. After root canalswere prepared ansterilized, Vitapex or iodoform-calcium hydroxide paste was used in the apexification. All the teeth were observed for a three-year follow-up. Results The effective rate of Vitapex group was 90.9% ,which in iodoform-calcium hydroxide paste group was 81.8% ,there was significant difference between 2 groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Vitapex Was effective for the apexification of the incompletely formed apices in adult.
