Analysis of chromatograms of Hypericum japonicum Thumb from different harvest time

目的分析不同采收期地耳草的色谱图。方法用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和顶空气相色谱-质谱(HSGC-MS)技术对不同采收期地耳草进行分析,测定其色谱图。结果不同采收期地耳草HPLC、HSGC-MS色谱图的动态变化具有一定规律。结论为确定地耳草的最佳采收期提供了依据。

Objective To analysis the chromatograms of Hypericum japonicum Thumb from different harvest time. Methods Hypericum japonicum Thumb from different harvest time were analyzed and the chromatogTams of which were determined by HPLC and HSGC-MS. Results The dynamic change of chromatogram of HPLC and HSGC-MS of Hypericum japonicum Thumb from different harvest time showed a regular pattern. Conclusion It provides scientific basis for determining the best collecting time.
