生化分析仪与血气分析仪检测静脉血电解质结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较生化分析仪与血气分析仪检测静脉血电解质的结果差异。方法采用2011年1月呼吸内科或ICU病房重症患者静脉血,每天8例,连续5d均采用生化分析仪与血气分析仪检测K+、Na+与Cl-浓度。结果血气分析仪所测K+、Na+结果与全自动生化分析仪所测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2种方法检测Cl-差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生化分析仪与血气分析仪检测静脉血电解质之间具有一定差异。
