对基础护理教学同临床脱节问题的思考

With clinical comes apart the question ponder to the foundation nursing teaching

目的：为了提高护理教学质量，使护理教学能够更好的服务于临床实践。方法：对12所二甲和三甲医院其护理教学的相关护理技术进行了调查。结果：护理教学中的50项与护士相关l的技术应用率只有52．8％。结论：基础护理教学和临床存在着比较严重的脱节的问题，必须采取有效措施才能使护理教学相关护理技术更好的应用于临床。

Objective：To improve the quality of nursing education, make nursing education serve better for clinical practice. Methods：12 dimethyl and the top three teaching hospitals of their nursing care and related technology were investigated. Results：The rate of 50 nurses-related technology is only 52.8% in nursing education. Conclusion：Serious gap exists between basic nursing education and clinical, we need to take effective measures to make teaching serve better for clinical.
