摘要
总结了32例老年患者人工髋关节置换术的围手术期护理经验。根据老年患者的具体情况，制定恰当、有效的护理方案。术前加强心理护理，做好术前准备。术后密切病情观察，重视并发症的预防，指导和鼓励进行功能锻炼，做好出院指导。
This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 32 cases aged patients undergoing hip arthroplasty therapy. According to the specific physical status of aged patients, we established appropriate and effective nursing programs. Before the operation, nursing care focused on strengthening the psychological nursing, controlling basic disease. After the operation, nursing care included,intensifying observation, preventing complications, guidancing and encouraging functional exercise and so on.
