摘要
目的:探讨硬化剂及组织粘合剂治疗胃底静脉曲张出血的疗效。方法:按随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组为1%聚桂醇注射液加奥曲肽,观察组为组织粘合剂加奥曲肽。结果:两组急诊止血率相似,但观察组曲张静脉消失率明显高于对照组,观察组患者拔针后注射部位出血率发生及再出血发生率明显低于对照组,对照组注射后疼痛、发热及溃疡的发生率明显高于观察组。结论:组织粘合剂加奥曲肽是治疗胃底静脉曲张出血最佳治疗方法。
Objective：To observe the effects of tissue adhesives therapy on gastri varices.Methods：It were assessed two groups according to the time sequence contrast group：sclerotin agent for gastric varices,observation group：endoscopic injection of tissue adhesives.Results：The result showed the rate of acute hemostasia are similar among these 2 groups.The rate of varicose vein disappearance in contrast group was lower distinctly than observation group.The incidence of bleeding on needle position after injection in observation was lower distinctly than contrast group.While the incidence of fever,pain and ulcer in observation group was lower than contrast group.Conclusion：The best sclerosing medication in combining use of tissue adhesives、sclerotin and reptilase.
