多穴位电脉冲刺激的脑皮层功能区fMRI研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究多穴位电脉冲在刺激大脑皮层时脑功能区域的变化状况。方法:使用偏瘫患者的常用穴位(刺激手三里、肩髃、合谷、曲池四个穴位)对8例健康的右手利志愿者的右上肢进行电脉冲对穴位进行刺激,在刺激时使用BOLDZIIRI扫描,观测并记录实验结果,运用统计学方法分析试验结果得出大脑的刺激状态和静息状态信号对比与脑功能图像。观察脑功能图像与大脑皮层相对应的功能区域分析多穴位电脉刺激对大脑皮层的影响,使用随机抽样选出6例在不同时段进行多次检测,研究兴奋区的可重复性。结果:8例右手利志愿者的初级躯体感觉区被实验激活。8例志愿者中有5例的运动前区出现兴奋,4例可以观察出一侧或者两侧的辅助运动区产生兴奋。对激活区的可重复性检测大于75%。结论:在针刺穴位电脉冲的刺激下能使对应的大脑皮层出现兴奋,穴位的对应选择要与临床病症相结合。
