氯胺酮对大鼠神经病理痛的治疗作用及机制 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究氯胺酮对神经病理痛大鼠脊髓P2X7受体表达的影响。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法和RT-PCR检测神经病理性疼痛模型(CCI模型)大鼠脊髓P2X7受体蛋白及P2X7-mRNA表达变化。结果:神经病理痛大鼠脊髓P2X7受体及mRNA表达明显增加(P<0.05),给予氯胺酮干预后P2X7受体及mRNA表达有所下降,但不能达到术前水平(P<0.05)。结论:CCI模型大鼠氯胺酮能部分缓解神经病理性疼痛,其作用机制与直接或间接降低脊髓神经胶质细胞P2X7受体表达有关。
