短暂性脑缺血发作患者血清同型半胱氨酸与颈动脉内膜—中层厚度检测的临床价值研究

摘要 目的:检测短暂性脑缺血发作(Transient ischemic attack,TIA)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)水平与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(Intimamedia thickness,IMT),探讨二者在TIA发病中的作用及相关性。方法:选择住院确诊TIA患者58例,正常对照组50例,采用酶法测定全部受试者血清Hcy水平,应用颈动脉多普勒彩色超声检查颈动脉IMT,并对结果进行相关性分析。结果:TIA组血清Hcy浓度、IMT均显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);线性相关分析显示TIA组血清Hcy水平与IMT呈正相关(r=0.454,p<0.05)。结论:血清Hcy增高可能是TIA患者早期动脉粥样硬化的危险因素之一。检测Hcy和IMT对预测TIA发生风险具有重要临床意义。 Objective:To detect the serum homocysteine(Hcy)level and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA),investigate the clinical value of them in the patients with TIA and relationship among Hcy and IMT.Methods:Serum Hcy levels were tested with enzymatic method in 58 patients with TIA (TIA group) and in 50 normal controls ( control group).Color Doppler ultrasound was used to examine Their degrees of IMT.Results:The patients with TIA had higher standards of serum concentration of Hcy than the control group(p0.05).Compared with those of the health controls,IMT was obviously thicker in the TIA group than in the control group.Linear correlation analysis showed that serum Hcy level and IMT were positively correlated in the TIA group(r=0.454,p0.05).Conclusion:Elevated serum Hcy may be one of possible risk factors in the early atherosclerosis in the patients with TIA.Hcy and IMT play an important role in predicting risk of TIA.
