摘要
目的:分析药品不良反应的特点和规律,促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院113例药品不良反应报表进行分析。结果:涉及ADR药品58种。抗感染药物居首位,其次为中成药;静脉注射引发的ADR86例(76.11%);ADR的临床表现以皮疹、瘙痒等皮肤及其附件损害为主,其次是消化系统损害。结论:应注意合理用药,并加强合理用药监测,以避免和减少药品不良反应发生。
Objective：To analyse the charcaterization of adverse drug reactions（ADR） and its law for rational drug use.Method：113cases of reports in our hospital during were classified,analyzed and evaluated.Result：ADR-involving drugs totaled58 kinds,of which anti-infective agents occupied the first place,followed by Chinese patent medicines;86 ADR cases（76.11%） were induced by intravenous routs.The main presentation of the ADR was damage of skin and its appendages such as erythra and pruritus etc,followed by the lesion of digestive system.Conclusion：More attention should be paid to the observation of ADRs.
