论桩核对根管治疗牙修复后强度影响

摘要 目的:分析讨论不同桩核修复方法对进行根管治疗牙修复强度的影响。方法:选取完整拔出的上中切牙40颗随机分成5组,A组无桩核材及冠修复,剩余冠部牙本质4mm;B组无桩核材料,剩余冠部牙本质4mm;C组桩核材料用镍钛合金,剩余冠部牙本质2mm;D组桩核材料用镍钛合金;E组桩材料Parapost,核材料复合树脂,剩余冠部牙本质2mm。并对40颗牙齿进行折裂强度测试。结果:C组牙齿折裂强度最高,A组牙齿折裂强度次之,其余的三个组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:桩核增强根管治疗牙抗折裂的能力与桩核修复的设计有关。牙的本质套圈能显著增强根管治疗牙抗折裂的能力。在牙组织预备中,减少磨除牙组织,增强根管治疗牙抗折裂的能力。
