结直肠癌术后常见并发症分析(附45例临床报告)

The Etiological Factor Analysis About The Postoperative Complication From The Colorectal Cancer After Operation (report of 45cases)

目的:探讨结直肠癌术后常见并发症发生的原因及其防治措施。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年1月-2010年1月进行结直肠癌手术的45例患者的临床资料。结果:术后发生并发症28例,包括肺部感染3例,切口感染8例,吻合口瘘4例,肠梗阻7例,尿潴留4例,骶前出血2例,全组无因手术并发症而死亡者。结论:结直肠癌手术应注重术前预防、术后处理对减少并发症发生的作用,针对并发症发生的原因形成一套有效方案,从而减少并发症的发生。

Objective：To discuss the causes,measures of treating and preventing of complication after operation for Colorectal Cancer.Methods：Retrospective analyisi of 45 patients （from Jan2006 to Jan2010 who suffered from the complication after the operation.Rsults：In all of the patients.There are 28 cases of complications.6 patients with pulmonary infection,78 patients with infection of incisional wound,4 patients with stoma fistula,8 patients with bowel obstruction,4 got retention of urine,2 patients with venous plexus of presacral bleeding,All patients had an eventful postoperative process because complication.Conclusion：The operation of colorectal cancer should emphasizing the role fo hava Active preparation before operation and the Treatment of decrease complication after operation,on the basis of causes of these complications are building into effective solutions;reduce complications.
