X线气钡检查与胃镜检查对胃溃疡的比较

Comparison of The Air-barium Double Contrast Radi ography and Electronic Gastroscope Examination on Gastric Ulcer

本人对我院2008年3月至2009年6月检查出的48例胃溃疡进行X线气钡检查与电子胃镜检查比较,所得结果与手术和病理分析对照,结果X线气钡检查检出率为72.9%,电子胃镜检查检出率为91.6%。结论:电子胃镜诊断胃溃疡检出率明显优于X线气钡检查,但X线气钡检查在现有条件下仍有其不可替代的优点。

Objective：I have compared the air-barium double contrast radiography and electronic gastroscope examinations of 48 patients who were diagnosed gastric ulcers from March 2008 to June 2009,the result was contrasted between operation and pathology analysis.The outcome is the checkout rate of the air-barium double contrast radiography is 72.9%,and electronic gastroscope examination is 91.6%.Conclusion：The checkout rate of electronic gastroscope examination on gastric ulcer is significantly higher than the air-barium double contrast radiography,but the air-barium double contrast radiography still has irreplaceable merits on the current conditions.
