深圳市居民就医期望与“看病难、看病贵”的关系分析

Relationship between the Residents' Expectation for Medical Services and the Problem of "Difficulty and High Cost of Medical Treatment" in Shenzhen City

目的:分析深圳市居民就医期望对"看病难,看病贵"问题的影响。方法:采用随机问卷调查的方式,了解居民的就医期望以及居民在各级医疗机构就诊时对"看病难、看病贵"的感受。结果:调查结果显示居民的就医期望值较高,居民就医期望与"看病难、看病贵"问题有密切关系。结论:应通过改善服务流程、加强卫生资源配置、扩大医疗保障覆盖面等措施缓解居民就医期望与"看病难、看病贵"之间的矛盾。

Objective： To analyze the influence of the residents＇ expectation for medical services on the problem of ＂difficulty and high cost of medical treatment＂.Methods： The randomized survey by questionnaire was applied to investigate residents＇ expectation for medical services,as well as the feelings about ＂difficulty and high cost of medical treatment＂.Results： The results of the survey showed that the expectation for medical services was relatively high.The residents＇ higher expectation for medical services cost was related with the ＂difficulty and high cost of medical treatment＂.Conclusion： Many measures should be implemented to resolve the contradiction between the expectation and difficulty and high cost of getting medical treatment,such as improving service processes,strengthening health resource allocation and expanding the coverage of health insurance.
