宁夏农村卫生适宜技术临床效果及卫生经济学评价:以NAH高血压个体化疗法为例

Clinic Effect and Health Economical Evaluation of Suitable Technology in Ningxia Rural Areas:Taking NAH Personalized Hypertension Therapy Method as an Example

目的:通过对NAH高血压个体化治疗方法的全面系统评价,探讨适合我国农村地区的高血压防治方法。方法:运用SPSS软件,采用对比分析的方法,应用NAH法与传统方法对治疗高血压的效果和成本进行比较分析。结果:NAH法治疗高血压的效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05),且通过成本效果与成本效用分析,发现前者的比值均明显小于后者。结论:NAH法无论在效果还是成本方面均比传统方法具有优势,因此适宜在广大农村地区推广应用。

Objective：Through a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of personally NAH therapy that was taken on hypertension patients,we aim at discussing the suitable therapy of hypertension in Western China.Methods：Using SPSS statistical software and comparative analysis method,we compared the effect and cost of NAH with traditional therapy method that cure hypertension.Results：NAH therapy method is obviously better than the control group（P0.05）.Through cost-effectiveness and cost-utility analysis,we find that the NAH value of cost-effectiveness and cost-utility is significantly less than the control group.Conclusion：NAH therapy method has greater advantages than traditional way,so it is a really suitable way to on the vast rural areas.
