卫生支农是一项系统工程,要使之成为一项长期制度,必须建立一整套科学的绩效考评管理体系,对支农的机构和人员进行激励管理。文章就绩效考评体系的目标与原则、对象与指标、方案的制订、实施与反馈等方面进行详尽的阐述,以供参考。
Supporting the rural medical care is a systematic engineering.To make a long-term system,we must establish a scientific performance evaluation management system,to support the organization and personnel incentive management.The performance evaluation system and principles,objectives and index,schemes,implementation and feedback aspects are elaborated in detail.
