玉夏胶囊治疗高血压病526例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yuxia Capsules for 526 Cases of Hypertension

目的以中医证类和血压降低值(达标率)为主要疗效评价指标,观察玉夏胶囊降压疗效和安全性。方法治疗组526例口服玉夏胶囊;对照组528例口服清脑降压片,两组疗程均为8周。观察两组治疗前后血压、心率及生化指标,同时观察中医证候包括头痛、心悸、胸闷、体胖、腰酸,进行中医证候评分;判定降压疗效及中医证候疗效。结果治疗组治疗后收缩压、舒张压、血糖、尿微量蛋白较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后收缩压、舒张压、心率、尿微量蛋白及肌酐水平变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组对收缩压和舒张压的降压效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后头痛、心悸、胸闷、腰酸、体胖评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,除胸闷外,余症状评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。降压疗效:治疗组显效率(41.83%)及总有效率(93.35%)优于对照组(显效率和总有效率分别为26.89%和88.25%)(P<0.05)。中医证候疗效:治疗组总有效率88.78%,对照组为80.49%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。玉夏胶囊对高血压病痰湿壅盛证疗效(总有效率为95.54%)优于其他证型(P<0.05)。结论玉夏胶囊降压效果明显、且能有效改善头痛、心悸、胸闷等症状,对不同证型的高血压病患者均有疗效,对痰湿壅盛证类高血压疗效更为明显。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of Yuxia Capsules （Capsules containing Stigma Maydis and Spica Prunellae） on hypertension based on TCM syndromes and blood pressure decrease （successful rate）. Methods The treatment group consisting of 526 cases was administered Yuxia Capsules and the control group consisting of 528 cases was administered Qingnao Jiangya Tablets （Tablets to clear the brain for lowering blood pressure） for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, the blood pressure, heart rate, and biochemical indices including blood sugar, blood fat, liver and kidney functions, blood routine examination, as well as the symptoms such as headache, palpitation, chest fullness, obesity, and lumbar soreness were ob- served. Results After treatment, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, blood sugar, and urine microprotein of the treatment group were statistically different from those before treatment （P〈0. 05）, and the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, urine microprotein, and ereatinine of the control group were statistically different from those before treatment （P〈 0.05）. The lowering of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group. The symptoms including headache, palpitation, chest fullness, lumbar soreness, and obesity of both groups were improved （P〈0.05）. The comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that, except chest fullness, all other symptoms were improved, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In lowering the blood pressure, the remarkably effective rate （41.83%） and the total effective rate （93.35%） of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group, the remarkably effective rate and the totai effective rate of which were 26.89% and 88.25% respectively （P〈 0. 05）. In the effect of the symptoms, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.78% and that of the control group was 80.49 %, the difference between was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）, the treatment group was better than the control group. The total effective rate of Yuxia Capsules for the excessive phlegm-damp syndrome of hypertension was 95.54%, better than for other syndromes （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of Yuxia Capsules in lowering blood pressure is obvious and it can improve the symptoms including headache, palpitation, chest fullness, etc. It is effective for different syndromes of hyper- tension, especially good for the excessive phlegm-damp syndrome.
