摘要
以江苏省主要产业的182位科技创新人才为分析样本,应用PCA方法,实证分析了科技创新型领军人才对科技人才培养与吸纳环境的需求、供给重要性与满意度评价,并对科技人才环境的25个要素进行了主成分分析和象限图分析。主要的研究发现有:科技人才环境满意度得分远远低于重要度得分,科技人才环境不能满足科技创新型领军人才的需求;25个要素中有21个位于高度关注区,个体成长和金钱财富位于优先改进区,工作自主性和单位人际关系位于无关紧要区。针对研究结论提出了相应的政策建议。
Based on the182 samples collected from major industry of Jiangsu Province,for analysis technological innovation,application of PCA method,an empirical analysis on innovative leading talent and talent environment supply and demand importance and satisfaction is evaluated by using the PCA.Simultaneously,the main component analysis and quadrant graph analysis is for 25 elements of the talent environment.The major findings are as follows: talent environment satisfaction scores far below the importance score,can not meet the innovative and technological talent and innovative environment,leading to the demand;25 elements in 21 areas in the attention,personal growth and financial wealth Improvements in priority areas,work autonomy and unit relationships in the irrelevant area.The corresponding conclusions for policy recommendations put forward in order to attract talent for local policies specified inspiration.
