云南省林业专业合作经济组织发展及对策研究

Studies on the Forestry Cooperative Economic Organization Development and Countermeasure in Yunnan

随着市场经济体制的逐步完善,以家庭承包经营为基础的分散小规模的林业生产单位与大市场之间的矛盾也越来越突出,要解决这一矛盾,就要把农民组织起来,以自愿合作的方式共同对抗竞争和压力。为此专业合作组织应运而生。文章以云南省为例,探讨云南省林业专业合作组织发展的现状及其问题所在,并提出一些意见和建议。

As the market economic system gradually improve, the household contract management as the basis of the scattered small-scale forestry production units and the contradiction between the large markets are increasing- ly prominent, and to resolve this contradiction, the paper will build the peasants organization for competition and pressure by the way of voluntary cooperation. Therefore, professional cooperative organizations have emerged. Based on Yunnan province, this paper explores the development of Yunnan Provincial Forestry specialized coop- erative organizations and their problems, and give some suggestions and recommendations.
