The paper provides the tatus and features of Jinxiu township forestry station, emphasized the building of the local forestry township forestry stand play an important role in the promotion in the forestry policies, laws and regulations; the implementation of forestry production tasks; new technologies, introduction of new varieties, demon- strations, science and technology; pest and forest fire prediction rate, etc. It points out that the current forestry station construction deficiencies, especially lack of professional staff, the tasks are arduous and staff low wages, poor working and living environment.And propose to increase forestry station staffing, job classification of first-line technical staff to relax, increase investment, slightly improve the working environment.
