生态系统价值评估的经济学思考

Economic Thinking on Ecosystem Value Assessment

20世纪90年代以来,随着生态系统理论水平和实践能力的提高,生态系统的社会经济特征日益受到重视,生态系统价值评估的研究得以迅速发展。然而,生态系统价值评估是主观之于客观的一个过程,评估人员的价值观,包括价值的认识、分类、大小等直接影响着评估采取的指标和方法,从而对评估结果产生很大影响。基于此,文章从经济学角度出发,就生态系统价值评估中的经济理论和方法等问题进行了初步探索和总结,以期对我国生态系统价值评估研究的发展提供基础和补充。

Since 1990s, with the development of ecology theory and improvement of ecosystem management prac- tices, the socio-economic characteristics of ecosystems have been paid great attention and ecosystem valuation re- search have developed rapidly. Whereas, different researchers would choose different methods and parameters based on their personnel values, including awareness, classification and importance of ecosystem service, which had a great influence on evaluation results. From economics perspective, the economic theories and methods of e- cosystem value assessment was explored and summarized in order to promote ecosystem value research in China.
