优势茶叶产区茶农农地流转意愿影响因素分析——以四川省名山县为例

Advantage of Tea Region of the Effect Factors to Rural Land Circulation of Tea Grower’s Inclination:—— Based on the Logistic Regression Analysis of Sichuan Mingshan County

通过对四川名山县3个地区（中锋乡、蒙顶山和万古乡）未流转农地的茶农进行调查,建立Logistic回归模型进行茶农农地流转意愿影响因素分析。从13个影响因素中分析结果表明：区位因素是茶农流转农地的最重要因素;土地依赖性是促进茶农流转农地的影响因素;而自由转包（家庭承包）则与其呈负相关。

The flow of tea growers of agricultural land inclination influence factors; through Sichuan Mingshan County＇ s 3 regions （Zhongfeng Township, Mengding Mountain and Wangu Township） did not flow tea growers of agricultural land be investigated and screened some survey data Logistic regression analysis. From an analysis of the 13 factors derived location, land-dependent and free subcontract （household contract） effect of tea growers＇ three important factors of agricultural land transfer. Based on the results show that： the location factor is the trans- fer of agricultural land, restricting the tea growers the most important factor; land-dependent leading to the tea growers unwiUing to transfer the impact of factors of agricultural land; and free subcontract （household contract） is its negative correlation.
