摘要
工业锅炉作为一种重要的热能动力设备被广泛运用,但其存在大量低负荷运行,偏离最优运行负荷的情况,这造成锅炉实际运行效率较低,造成了大量能源浪费。重点论述了在链条炉排工业锅炉低负荷运行状态下影响锅炉效率的因素,并提出了相应对策,以达到改善热效率的目的。
Industrial boilers as an important device thermal power is widely used, but there are a lot of its low load, load conditions deviate from the optimal operation, this is caused a large waste of energy. This paper focuses on the industrial chain grate boiler in the low load operating conditions affect the boiler efficiency factor, and proposed countermeasures, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the thermal efficiency.
