2010年南充市区居民甲型H1N1流感病毒抗体水平检测

摘要 目的了解南充居民甲型H1N1流感病毒抗体水平。方法 2010年分别于南充市2家三甲医院和中心血站及第三人民医院采集800份血清标本,血清标本经受体破坏酶(RDE)过夜处理,血凝(HA)法检测红细胞凝集抗原,血凝抑制实验方法检测新型甲型H1N1流感病毒抗体水平。结果 2010年800份南充市居民A/H1N1病毒抗体总阳性数124例,阳性率为15.5%;以6-17岁组和18-55岁组阳性率最高,分别为17.50%和15.63%;男女性别比为1.4∶1。2家三甲医院阳性率分别为16.25%和18.33%,市中心血站及第三人民医院阳性率分别为13.13%和12.15%。结论南充市区居民6~55岁是新型甲型H1N1流感病毒感染的高发人群,市内2家三甲医院总阳性率偏高。 Objective To understand the level of antibody against influenza A H1N1 virus in Nanchong residents.Methods A total of 800 serum samples were collected from 2 frist class hospitals,central blood bank and the Third People's Hospital in Nanchong.Serum samples was processed overnight using receptor destroying enzyme(RDE),Hemagglutination antigen detected by hemagglutination(HA) method,Hemagglutination inhibition was used to detect the influenza A H1N1 antibody levels.Results Among the 800 samples collected in 2010,124 were A/H1N1 virus antibody possitive.The 6-17 years group and 18-55 years group had the highest positive rate of A/H1N1 virus antibody,accounted for 17.50% and 15.63% respectively;The male to female ratio was 1.4∶1.The possitive rates in those 2 frist class hospitals were 16.25% and 18.33%,in central blood bank and the Third People's Hospital were 13.13% and 12.15%.Conclusion Residents aged 6-55 years in Nanchong are the high risk population of influenza A H1N1 virus infection.The total possitive rate of the 2 frist class hospital in Nanchong is high.
