煤焦油联用窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察寻常型银屑病患者应用煤焦油包敷4h后联用窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射的治疗效果。方法 将174例寻常型银屑病患者分为治疗组84例和对照组90例。对照组仅采用全身NB-UVB照射,观察组采用煤焦油包敷4h后进行NB-UVB照射,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应的发生情况。结果 观察组疗效显著优于对照组。结论 煤焦油包敷联用窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病可提高疗效,减少不良反应。
