摘要
培育幸福学生是幸福教育的使命。通过对已有研究的梳理发现,我国中小学生的幸福感处于中等偏上水平,并受自身心理健康水平和人格特征的影响,随年级增加,学业压力的增大其幸福感水平下降,但优秀的学业成绩能够提高幸福感水平。在积极心理健康教育思想的指导下,针对这一现状,提出如下的对策建议:树立正确幸福观,培养积极心理品质,科学教学提高教与学的效率等。
It is the mission of happiness-oriented education to cultivate happy students. According to current researches, China' s primary and secondary school students have a sense of happiness above average level, which is affected by their mental health and personality. As they grow older and feel more learning pressure, they have a less sense of happiness, but those with excellent academic performance would feel their sense of happiness heightened. Guided by the concept of positive mental health education, the author suggests the following strategies: establishing a correct concept of happiness, developing a positive mental quality, and improving the learning efficiency through scientific teaching and learning.
