摘要
活力教育旨在强调发展师生的潜在创造力,充分开发师生生命活力,实现师生自主发展,努力使每一个学生都成为幸福者和幸福创造者的教育。因此,活力教育需要幸福校园,幸福校园更加呼唤活力教育。"经营活力教育,创建幸福学校"有两条主线:一是发展学生的多元智能促进个体全面发展,不仅给孩子一个幸福的童年,还给孩子一个幸福人生。二是让教师拥有一种物质、精神和心灵的幸福。
Dynamic education aims to attach importance to the development of the potentialcreativity of teachers and students, explore their vitality resources, achieve their self-development, and strive to make every student a happy person and creator of happiness. Therefore, dynamic education needs a happy schoolyard, which in turn calls for dynamic education. There are two principal approaches to our"building a happy school under dynamic education" : firstly, developing the students' multiple intelligences for their all-round development, and affording them not only a happy childhood but also a happy life; secondly, providing the teachers with physical, mental and spiritual happiness.
