合力教育拓展幸福的探索与实践

On the Exploration and Practice of Joint Efforts-Based Education

摘要 育人工作是一个全方位的系统工作,需要学校、家庭、社会各方面的互相配合。在构建幸福学校背景下,积极探索幸福的育人模式,切实提高学校教育的实效性,成为当前中小学一项非常紧迫的任务。文章以浙江省鄞州区华泰小学为例,站在新时期的高度,探讨如何有效开展家校合作,如何充分整合利用家庭、社区、社会的教育资源,发挥家长、社会人员的教育作用从而形成教育合力,为缔造学生幸福有成的人生奠基。 Educational work is an all-round system, which requires the coordination between schools, famili-es, and other circles of society. In the context of constructing happy schools, it has become an urgent task for primary and secondary schools to carry out an active exploration into a mode of happiness-oriented education to improve the effectiveness of school education. This study, taking as an example the Huatai Primary School in Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, aims to explore how to effectively conduct cooperation between homes and schools and how to fully integrate educational resources from families, communities, and society, so as to make joint efforts to conduct education and lay a good foundation for a happy and successful life of the students.
