摘要
在创建幸福中国的时代背景下,本着为学生幸福人生奠基的教育目的,宁波市鄞州实验中学在实践中努力探索幸福德育之路,创立了幸福德育小班化模式。通过下放管理权、增强教师的归属感、明确教育任务、增强教师的责任感、组织教育活动、增强教师的事业感和拓宽育人渠道,构筑学校、家庭、社区三位一体的德育网络等方法开创了全员育人的德育工作新局面。同时,通过德育小班化,树立起基于学生成长需要的德育理念,也构建起体验感悟的德育新模式。
In the context of building a happy country of China, aiming at laying a good foundation for students' happy life via education, the Yinzhou Experimental High School in Ningbe City, Zhejiang Province, has managed to blaze the trail of moral education by creating a small-class mode of happiness-oriented moral education. By means of "decentralizing the power of management, and enhancing the teachers' sense of belonging; clarifying the educational mission, and heightening the teachers' sense of responsibility; organizing educational activities, and intensifying the teachers' sense of career; and broadening the channels for educating students by building a network of moral education through the trinity of schools, families, and communities," and other ways of education by people from various circles, the school has created a new situation for moral education. Moreover, the small-class mode of moral education has helped to establish a concept of moral education based on the students' developmental needs, as well as a new mode of moral experience.
