摘要
在创建幸福学校的背景下,面对农村初中师资队伍稳定、学生个体差异较大等问题,以教学改革、德育创新、教师素质提升和校园文化建设为突破口,成立"课堂教学改革团队"和"德育创新工作团队",实施幸福学校创建工程。通过"快乐德育"、"减负增效"让学生幸福成长;通过"让老师站稳讲台、站好讲台"、"让老师保持健康体魄和良好的专业心态"让教师幸福工作;通过幸福校园文化建设,营造校园和谐氛围,让整个校园形成了积极向上、幸福成长的良好局面。
In the context of building happy schools, in view of such problems as the mobility of lower second-ary school teachers in rural areas, and the students' great individual differences, our school made a breakthrough in educational reform, moral education innovation, the improvement of the quality of teachers, and the construction of schoolyard culture, set up a "classroom teaching reform team" and a "moral innovation team," and initiated the project to build a happy school. "Happy moral education" and "burden reduction and efficiency promotion" helped the students grow up happily; "a peace of mind in the teaching work," "good health and a positive professional attitude" made the teachers work happily; the development of the culture related to "a happy schoolyard," and the creation of a harmonious atmosphere in the schoolyard, contributed to the positive, pleasant situation in the schoolyard.
